SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Flat fee of £6.99 for UK Mainland with DPD Next day delivery

 Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday in order to be sent out the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Estimated delivery between 1 and 3 business days. However, due to the ongoing drivers shortage please allow up to 7 days before filing a complaint. 

Delivery times are subject to change.

From our experience, delivery times can be shorter than estimated however, please allow 7 days to receive your order. Once the packages leave our caring hands we will not able to control the shipping service. However, we will provide Tracking Numbers to all the orders.

We are using DPD Next day delivery on 99% of our orders but sometimes we will be using different couriers or Royal Mail. This decision is taken by Joyinit staff based on costs and efficiency. We are aiming to use the fastest shipping method but safest too.

Handling time: We aim to ship all our orders on the same day or next day but in very busy periods please allow up to 5 working days to pack your orders. 

  • Northern Ireland £19.90 - between 3 and 5 days delivery

Due to an increase in shipping charges, we also had to increased shipping to Northern Ireland to a flat fee of £12.90 for goods that are up to  5kg. For goods heavier than 5kg we will contact you to discuss shipping options. 

  • Scotland £8.90 - 2 days delivery

Due to an increase in shipping charges, we also had to increased shipping to Scotland to a flat fee of £8.90 for goods that are up to  5kg. For goods heavier than 5kg we will contact you to discuss shipping options. 

  • International Shipping

Now we offer shipping to Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Finland and Switzerland. For all the other countries please send us an email with the items you wish to purchase and your address so we can send an individual quote. 

IMPORTANT: International shipping cost does not include import taxes, VAT and handling fees required for the destination country in order to clear the package and deliver it. We have absolutely no responsibility to cover the costs and they all differ from a country to another based on their import tariffs. If taxes are not paid and shipping is sent back to us, we will refund only the products costs from which will be deduct return fee. By purchasing from our shop you agree with all the above and JOYINIT cannot be held responsible for these costs. 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We are not accepting returns based on a change of mind! 

For any damaged and/or wrong product, we will offer you a refund or exchange if you told us within 24h of receiving the goods. Once you've told us, you have 14 days to return the goods with any included accessories and packaging. We'll then exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

* this policy does not apply for goods that were handled without care and broken or damaged by the customer. 

** this policy does not apply to products on sale unless they arrive broken. 

Seasonal items purchased on or after 1st of December are excluded from our 14 day hassle free returns policy.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if the courier in your area leaves your package unattended and it goes missing, we cannot be held accountable for it, neither if delivery failed because the correct contact details were not provided by the customer and courier had no way of notifying the customer about delivery time slots. In some areas, couriers are quite harsh with the packages and we reserve the right to stop shipping to certain addresses where we encountered these issues. 

We do not accept returns for items who were on sale if they are slightly faulty but still useable.
